In 2002, Nose to Tail Dog Wash was founded in Auckland by dog-lover Kath.

As the owner of a large black lab, Kath was constantly struggling to groom her furry friend. The constant cleaning, drying and dog grooming caused a big mess. And if it wasn’t a mess in the bathroom it was a chase around the backyard with the hose!

So Kath thought to herself; instead of struggling to wash my dog at home, resulting in a soaking wet bathroom and a load of dirty towels, wouldn’t it be easier if I could take my dog to be washed for me?

So, she created Nose to Tail Dog Wash; a dog grooming business built on a shared love for human’s best friend.
