Safety first
ALL dogs entering the salon must be on leash with a secure collar or harness. This is to ensure the safety of your pet and others. If you forgot your leash, please ask to borrow one from us.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
At Nose to Tail, we strive for excellence in every grooming service. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the results, you are welcome to bring your pups back within 7 days of their original appointment. Our team will be happy to reassess and provide any necessary touch-ups to ensure your satisfaction, at no additional cost.
Cancellation/No-show/Late Arrival Policy
We understand that busy lifestyles and emergencies can sometimes necessitate cancelling or rescheduling appointments. To ensure the smooth running of our salon and accommodate all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
24-Hour Notice Requirement: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This enables us to allocate the slot to another client who requires that time.
First Last-Minute Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel or do not show up for your appointment without giving at least 24 hours' notice, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled groom price will be charged to your account. This fee will be added to your bill on your next visit.
Second Last-Minute Cancellation or No-Show: You will be charged 100% of the groom price. Additionally, pre-payment will be required for all future appointments. This pre-payment will not be refunded if you fail to adhere to our cancellation policy guidelines.
Late Arrival
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, a $15 fee will be charged.
Dogs arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a ’NO SHOW’ and the cancellation policy will apply.
We appreciate your understanding of the heavy impact late cancellations have on our business and appreciate your continued support.
Overdue Fees

We reserve the right to charge overdue fees, interest and collection costs on all accounts not paid by their due date.
Invoicing
All accounts are payable within 7 days following the date of the invoice. If an account is not paid within thirty days after the due date, it may be referred to our debt collection agency. Collection and legal costs, as well as interest, will be added to the overdue account.
